We’re on US 290, about 13 miles east of downtown Fredericksburg. Not in town. If you’re driving in from Austin or Houston, you’ll reach us before you reach Main Street, so there’s no need to drive into town first.
The roads that bring you in.
The most common question we get is how to find us, so here are the routes from the cities most of our guests drive from. The short version: stay on US 290.
Downtown Fredericksburg sits west of us; the property is ~13 miles east on US 290, toward Stonewall and Johnson City. Arrivals from the east (Austin, Houston) reach the gate first; arrivals from the south (San Antonio) pass near town, then head east.
US 290 West the whole way, through Dripping Springs, Johnson City, and Stonewall along “Wine Road 290.”
The property is on US 290 on the east side of Fredericksburg, you’ll arrive before reaching downtown.
I-10 West to Comfort, then US 87 North into Fredericksburg, then US 290 East ~13 mi to the property.
Coming from the south, you’ll pass near town first, then head east on 290 to reach us.
US 290 West is the through-route, via Brenham and Austin, the same eastern approach as the Austin drive.
Like Austin arrivals, you’ll reach the property on the east side of town before downtown.
US 290 East out of town toward Stonewall and Johnson City. The property is right on the highway.
Staying in town for the weekend? It’s a short hop east on 290.
